Cell Phones and Pagers

To guarantee a relaxing visit, we ask that you please mute pagers and cell phones during your visit with us.  Cell phones MUST be on silent when entering any service area.

Children

We love children at Millennium, but we cannot supervise unattended children.  They must be accompanied by an adult and remain in the waiting area so that other spa guests may completely enjoy their services.  Children may not accompany their parent into a treatment room due to the fact that safety cannot be guaranteed.

Packages / Groups

Advanced reservations are necessary for all spa packages.  A valid major credit card or a debit card is required to guarantee and schedule three or more services.  Please e-mail MillenniumDaySpaEvents@GMail.Com to set up parties.

Gift Certificates

We do offer gift certificates and they can be for a service or for a money amount.  However, if for a particular service gift certificates cannot be substituted for services in a different section of the spa (i.e. if gift certificate was for a pedicure amount cannot be used towards a facial, but can be used towards a manicure).  Also, guests must have gift certificates to redeem them.

Guest Cancellations

We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice for all spa services.  There is a $50.00 charge for cancellations within 24 hours on packages.  No shows will be charged a 100% fee.

Late Arrivals

The client following you is entitled to his or her full appointment time.  Arriving late for your appointment will minimize the duration of your service, if it is more than 15 minutes we will have to reschedule your appointment.
